The Residential Nurse (RN, Graduate Nurse, LPN, Practical Nurse) is responsible for working with the Treatment Team and Director of Nursing in the delivery of nursing and medical care in a behavioral health program. The nursing functions include, but are not limited to, weekly assessments, medication administration, vitals, medical appointments, consultation with physical health physicians and the psychiatrist for the overall medical care for these individuals who often times experience complex medical needs. The program serves adults, who may be dually diagnosed with mental health and intellectual developmentally disabled diagnoses, in a trauma informed care environment. Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.

Full Time hours:

Monday through Friday 11am to 7pm and 1 Weekend a month.

Monday through Thursday 9am to 7pm and 1 Weekend a month.

Monday Through Friday 9am to 5pm and 1 Weekend a month.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate of Accredited Practical Nursing Program and/or RN Certificate.
  • Current, unrestricted LPN/RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • One year of prior experience or training required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position gives preference to individuals with an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the local community or to assist with individuals attending required appointments or visits.
