Summary

Provide direct support and care to adults in a compassionate and professional manner while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. Assisting individuals with daily living activities, medication reminders, transportation, and community involvement as needed. Maintaining positive communication with clients, families, and team members while documenting services accurately and responding appropriately to behavioral or medical concerns. Working collaboratively with coworkers to create a supportive environment that encouraged client growth and well-being.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

About Us

The phrase Beacon Light actually refers to two distinct companies:
