Direct Support Professional - Adult - Full-Time - Nights
Summary
Provide nightly supervision, guidance, and support to individuals residing in residential cottages on Beacon Light’s Bradford campus. This role is responsible for fostering a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

The phrase Beacon Light actually refers to two distinct companies:
Beacon Light Behavioral Health System (BLBHS) and Beacon Light Adult Residential Services (BLARS).
Together they provide mental health services to adults, children and families in both community-based and residential settings.
