Beacon Light operates multiple Waiver homes in McKean County. These homes are for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities who can live semi-independently and require a limited amount of on-site care.
SUMMARY
The Waiver Program Shift Manager is responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house by performing the following duties.
