Position Summary

The Residential Shift Supervisor provides leadership and oversight during assigned shifts within the Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) program, a long-term residential program providing 24-hour support for adults with serious mental illness. The CRR program promotes recovery, independence, and community integration by providing a safe, structured, and supportive living environment. This role is responsible for supervising direct care staff, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, coordinating daily shift operations, and maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports individualized treatment goals and positive outcomes.

The Residential Shift Supervisor plays a key role in mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with agency policies, individualized treatment plans, and regulatory requirements while promoting recovery-oriented, person-centered care. In addition to providing direct support to residents, the Shift Supervisor oversees medication administration, documentation, behavioral interventions, staff training, and communication with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care and high-quality behavioral health services. This position serves as the primary leader during the assigned shift, fostering a safe, supportive environment where residents can build independent living skills and achieve greater success within their communities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Prior experience or training is preferred but not required.
